dusty room poor noise isolation
The room was not very clean. i saw some dust EVERYWHERE. also, the noise isolation was bad. I could hear other guests and outside noises, what wasn't ideal for a restful night. the bathroom was small and somewhat old.

large shower good pressure lovely garden convenient location
the shower was large it had good water pressure i liked the garden with plenty of seating the hotel provided a kettle in the room allowing me to make tea i appreciated the convenient location near shops and restaurants.
the bus service was infrequent with buses arriving only every 30 minutes.

the staff were helpful i noticed they provided support when needed and was consistently friendly to all guests who interacted with them at the front desk.

i did not know about a breakfast option i did see good beer available near the reception i observed many guests purchasing various beverages throughout the day.

the garden area was well maintained there was a pool guests relaxed near it i saw a dog belonging to the hotel it roamed freely around the common areas.

the room was spacious the shower was large it included a kettle i was able to make tea easily from my room the room offered mountain views.

great location
supportive staff amazing patio morning coffee
this was my second stay. the staff was very supportive. my room had a patio. it looked directly at jungfrau, this made for an amazing spot to have morning coffee.
my room had a kettle, there was not tea or coffee provided though. the beds were creaky. decor was very old in general.

the bar area at reception level was interesting. a dog resides at the hotel. it sleeps on sofas and most of the time, it is very friendly and does not disturb guests.
